I. Preliminary Communication

Have in - depth communication with foreign trade customers to clarify the requirements for Christmas resin crafts, including themes (such as Santa Claus, Christmas trees, etc.), dimensions, functions (if electronic components are needed), quantity, and delivery time. Customers can provide design drafts, or our company can develop design drafts according to the requirements.

II. Sample Confirmation

(I) Mold Making

If the customer has a design, our company will sculpt according to the design draft, make molds (silicone molds), and produce mold samples; if the customer does not have a clear design, our company will create designs and complete mold sample production based on the requirements.

(II) Sample Production

1. Resin Part Production: Mix resin and stone powder into a slurry, add a hardener, inject it into the production mold (silicone mold), trim and repair the blank, and replicate the production sample.

2. Electronic Components and Movement (if any): Simultaneously develop the prototype movement, make steel molds, inject plastic parts, assemble the movement, weld electronic components, and purchase transformers as needed.

3. Painting and Assembly: Paint the resin sample parts, and complete the final assembly with electronic and movement components to produce samples.

(III) Sample Confirmation

Deliver the samples to the customer, adjust and optimize according to the feedback until the customer confirms the samples.

III. Mass Production

(I) Mold and Material Preparation

After confirming the samples, prepare a sufficient number of production molds (silicone molds), and prepare production materials such as resin, stone powder, electronic components, and transformers.

(II) Mass Production

1. Follow the sample process to produce resin parts on a large scale (injection, trimming, etc.), and complete the assembly and welding of the electronic movement.

2. Uniformly paint the resin parts, assemble all components, and strictly control the quality.

IV. Quality Control Inspection

Conduct sampling inspection throughout the process + full inspection of the final products. Check the appearance of resin parts (no defects, uniform painting), electronic functions (if any), and the integrity of the overall assembly to ensure compliance with customer and export standards.

V. Packaging and Delivery

(I) Custom Packaging

Customize Christmas - themed packaging according to customer requirements (such as color boxes, blister packs, moisture - proof treatment, etc.) to ensure transportation safety and aesthetics.

(II) Logistics and Distribution

Negotiate the logistics method (sea freight, air freight, etc.), deliver the goods to the designated port or address on time, and provide logistics tracking information.

Maintain communication with customers throughout the process, feedback the progress in a timely manner, ensure the efficient and high - quality completion of OEM orders for foreign trade customers, and help customers with Christmas season sales.
